Just dial 2-1-1 for help, Monday - Friday,7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

ARCH (A Regional Coalition for Housing) 
Coalition of Eastside cities and King County dedicated to preserving and increasing the supply of housing for low- and moderate-income households in East King County.  ARCH assists households looking for affordable rental and ownership housing, provides financial support to groups creating housing affordable to low- and moderate-income households and assists member governments in developing housing policies.  Call 425-861-3676 for details.

Bellevue Mediation Program
Promotes collaborative dispute resolution and community problem-solving through mediation services and training to residents and businesses.  The program is free to residents and business owners in Bellevue and offers dispute resolution for neighbors, work groups, parents and teens and code compliance issues.  Call 425-452-4091 for details.

Bellevue Neighborhood Liaisons
Neighborhood Liaisons are every neighborhood’s 'inside connection' to city information and resources.  The program  operates through an 11-member team of city staff assigned to specific Bellevue neighborhoods.  Liaisons are responsible for seeing that citizens in their neighborhoods receive the information and service they need from the City of Bellevue.  Call 425-452-6836 for additional information.

Bellevue Neighborhood Match Program
Residents can obtain up to $5,000 for a neighborhood improvement project. The match fund encourages projects that foster self-help and neighborhood pride, while enhancing and beautifying neighborhoods. Call 425-452-6836 for an application.

Home Repair Loans
The Home Repair Program provides zero-interest home loans and grants for health- and safety-related repairs to eligible  low- to moderate-income Bellevue homeowners. For eligibility requirements and application information, call 425-452-6884.

Minor Home Repairs 
This program provides low-income homeowners with minor home repairs, including fixing leaking faucets, installing smoke detectors or installing locks and deadbolts.  For eligibility requirements and application information call 206-448-5751. The program is administered by Senior Services.

Utilities Low-Income Discounts
Low-income seniors and low-income residents with disabilities who live within Bellevue’s service area and meet certain eligibility requirements can get up to 75 percent off water, wastewater, garbage and drainage charges. Call 425-452-5285 for details.
