City Hall Reservations

Bellevue City Hall has space available for meetings and events. Standard meeting rooms are bright and comfortable and located on the first floor of the building for easy access. We have a variety of spaces available depending on your needs.

To request a reservation:

1. Complete a Facility Request Form.
2. Submit the form (see contact information in the right column of this page).
3. Once we receive your completed facility request form, we will contact you within one business day to confirm availability, review any special requests, determine applicable charges and finalize your reservation.
