Development ServicesDevelopment Services offers one-stop shopping for general information and the permits needed for development activity in Bellevue and the utility service area. Inspectors and planners from the Fire, Transportation and Utilities departments work with Development Services. For electrical, low-voltage, mechanical, plumbing and re-roof "simple" permits that do not require plan review, you can apply for permits online at mybuildingpermit.com. Information about permits for parks, residential parking and special events is also available on the city website. |
