Development Services (land use/construction permits)

Development Services is “one-stop shopping” for general information and the permits needed for development activity within the city limits or utility service area. (For electrical, low-voltage, mechanical, plumbing and re-roof permits that do not require plan review, you can also apply online at mybuildingpermit.com).

In City Hall:

Location: First floor of City Hall, the Service First Desk.
Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. Wednesday hours are 10-4.
Technical staff are available; no appointment is necessary.
VISA and Mastercard are accepted.
