One-on-one coaching for applicants
We try to answer all of your questions before you apply.
At application you receive personalized service by each reviewing department.
Applications are checked for completeness at intake. If application materials are incomplete, reviewers help you complete them during the screening.
If that is not possible, each reviewer provides a copy of the screening checklist stating what is needed for a complete submittal and an understanding of what is missing and why it is needed.
Reduction in processsing time and in fees:
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and tenant improvement permits that require plan review are reviewed and made ready to issue within 14-21 days (some approved on the spot) instead of the current 40-day average.
One-on-one assistance helps reduce the number of revision cycles.
Fees are reduced when the permit is reviewed and approved the same day.
