The City of Bellevue contracts with Allied Waste for garbage and recycling services. Allied Waste collects on all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. 2012 Garbage Rates Missed Pickups and Holiday Schedules.

Residents living in homes can contact Allied Waste by phone at 425-452-4762, or by e-mail for help with garbage, recycling, yard debris and food scraps collection and missed pickups. Call the Bellevue Utilities Department at 425-452-6932 for unresolved issues with Allied or for help with recycling options.
Property managers of apartments and condominiums can contact Allied Waste at 425-646-2492, e-mail, or check the Allied Web site for help with garbage and recycling for apartments and condominiums and for missed pickups. Contact the Utilities Department for other collection options and helpful resources.
